Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Booking and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring fairness to our riders and staff. Please review our policy before booking:

🔹 Deposits

All rides must be booked with a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold your spot.
This deposit is applied toward your total balance at the time of your ride.

🔹 Rescheduling

Rides may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
If weather conditions make it unsafe to ride, NFS Ranch will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

🔹 Refunds

Full refunds are only issued if NFS Ranch cancels the ride.
Deposits are non-refundable in all other cases.

🔹 Early Ride Endings

There are no refunds for rides that end early, whether by client choice or due to circumstances during the ride.
